Clients are responsible for providing timely access to necessary platforms, accurate business information, and payment according to agreed schedules. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic volumes as search engine algorithms are beyond our control, though we commit to employing industry best practices and ethical optimization techniques. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing, and late payments may result in service suspension. We retain ownership of all proprietary tools, methodologies, and deliverables created during the engagement until full payment is received. Either party may terminate the agreement with thirty days written notice, with outstanding fees due immediately upon termination. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service performance or third-party platform changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with continued use constituting acceptance of updated terms.
